Why is my AC not cooling even though it's running?
The most common cause is a refrigerant (gas) leak — the compressor runs, air blows, but it's not cold because there isn't enough gas to cool it properly. Other causes include a dirty filter/coil restricting airflow, a faulty capacitor, or (for outdoor units) a compressor nearing the end of its life. Our technicians check gas pressure, filters and electrical components on-site to diagnose the actual cause before recommending a fix.
How often should I get my AC gas refilled?
A well-sealed AC shouldn't need gas top-ups at all — refrigerant doesn't get 'used up' in normal operation. If you're needing a refill every year, there's almost certainly a small leak that should be found and sealed rather than just topped up repeatedly, which is what we check for first.
What does an AMC plan cover that a one-time repair doesn't?

How do I know if my refrigerator's compressor is failing?
Warning signs include the fridge running much longer or louder than usual, the compressor cycling on and off rapidly, the unit staying warm despite running constantly, or a burning smell near the back. Any of these are worth a technician visit before the compressor fails completely, which is a bigger repair (or a replace decision) than catching it early.
